I launched Neutral Advocate to bring teams together through the development of Janars, an online facilitation tool. Janars integrates Gen-AI and knowledge curation, enabling teams to build knowledge and learn together through facilitated conversations.

We extended our solution set with Aila - an application for easy access to knowledge 'the needle in the haystack'. By combining Aila with Janars' knowledge curation capabilities, we empower custom manufacturing companies to capture and share their unique expertise, fostering growth and innovation. ​

I'm personally thrilled to introduce Aila to the custom manufacturing industry, as I am passionate about collaborative learning (when people learn together) and excellence in craftmanship (when people are great at what they do). As a person living with dyslexia, I'm particularly proud that our platform supports diverse learning styles.

Conversaurus, led by Judy Rees & Steve McCann, design and implement training strategies & programs that help organisations learn, getting the full benefit of the time and money they invest in training. With a strong background in learning conversations, and a focus on outcomes results, they work with their clients to deliver perceptible benefits, and improvements that make a difference.

They played a leading part in designing Aila to achieve exactly what they wanted for the client in their work together. They co-designed it with Martin, and heavily leveraging their discovery process to capture and make the tacit knowledge in organisations accessible and digestible to those who need it. The result is a solution that meets the learning needs of the individual, and blended AI with peer-to-peer learning to encourages on-the-job learning alongside more traditional training methods.

With Aila, Janars and Conversaurus, learners get the needle, not the haystack. Organisations benefit by bottling their knowledge helping them achieve their goals.

Note: Clients will benefit from the Conversaurus approach and skills they transfer to the team as part of their discovery process and in the final efficacy of the solution. Therefore we encourage clients to make this additional investment. Additionally they have also offered to provide a self-serve version of the process using Janars and Aila. This is for purchase.
