Start with a guaranteed pilot

Key principles to getting started with Aila

Simplified approach to knowledge capture: We propose a 'messy verbal start' to capture a knowledge set supplemented by formal content, using our tools & AI. This forms a baseline for further curation.

Lower risk - Guaranteed pilot: Following a pre-qualification process, the guaranteed-pilot phase "rapid capture" is designed as a lower risk way for you to experience working with Aila and see the value promised.

Target self-sufficiency: Post-pilot, the program ensures a smooth transition to full self-sufficiency, providing comprehensive support and learning throughout the process.

Value from guaranteed pilot

An experiment - You've planning to undertake the guaranteed pilot as an experiment and the CFO wants to fund it as it sounds like the type of experiment your company wants to do with AI and the benefits are clear.

Specific value - The CFO asks you a great question - Say we agree to fund the pilot, this goes well but we can't fund the next phase: What is the specific value we have created in doing this pilot?

The CFO moves ahead based on your response:

  • Validated technology: Demonstrated proof of concept for AI-driven learning and content curation.

  • Initial knowledge set: Content for curation.

  • Cost-effective curation process: the team can learn to curate the knowledge set with a support and if possible, a lower cost service model arrangement.

  • Improved processes: Internal teams can use enhanced understanding of knowledge gaps to improve processes.

Pricing Assumptions & Caveat

Pricing for capturing and curating knowledge sets is based on typical team, cell, or machine processes. Standard pricing ensures upfront transparency, making it easier for customers to buy from us. However, prices may adjust for unusually complex or large projects when our sizing assumptions no longer apply.
