Usage, platform and support fees

Usage fees:  

  • AI services we use are charged based on consumption. We charge for predicted usage (based on last month) and any adjustments (between predicted and actual last month (+ or -) at the start of each month. 

  • Charging by usage has the benefit of paying for what you use. Usage costs include AI processing and storage: Based on actual usage, we estimate the fee to be at £0.10 per query. A budget of £50 per month covers an average usage of 500 queries or uploads per month.

Platform and Support fees:

  • The platform fee covers new features and code maintenance.

  • The monthly service fee covers support.

  • You can choose between three levels of support: Base, Enhanced and Premium. See below for details.

  • In Person Support - want Email plus chat & phone support with escalation when required.
